Great experience with Centennial! We live in Park Place Townhomes in KingstonSprings, TN. #131 and they just replaced the roofs in our complex! They were very careful with our patio furniture they had to move and replaced it exactly as they found it.
I had Blake Mabile stop out to look at a roof leak that was preventing me from finishing a bathroom remodel for my client's. Blake quickly assessed that what was needed was a couple of boot flashings replaced and a portion of the metal roof that had been damaged from a past hurricane. He quickly sent an estimate that seemed reasonable and a week later a team showed up to complete the repair. Michael Barringer was supervising and called me to share that the entire roof was subject to endless deficiencies from past contractors and really should be replaced. All personnel that I had contact with during this roof repair displayed outstanding professionalism, especially Blake. He kept me up to date on my repair daily. When i need any type roof repair or replacement I will contact his office. And I would be very happy to recommend them to anyone.
