My a/c wasn’t cooling like I thought it should, and I called Bay Heating and Cooling. They sent someone THAT day!! Mack quickly diagnosed our problem and gave me an estimate. Then he told me my unit was still under warranty, which I had NO idea, so this company SAVED me money. Then another thing broke (coincidence) less than a month after replacing my part, and not only did they add more Freon and fix it, they didn’t charge labor all over again and again found the part to be under warranty, saving me literally hundreds. I will never use anyone else and I hope my testimony helps to sway you their way. Thanks Mack and thanks everybody at Bay Heating and Cooling!!!
Thank you to the amazing staff! I get super paranoid when I see a fluctuating temp….yes my unit is under warranty….but it’s the amazing blessing of comfort and amazing like a hand shake that makes the difference! A very sincere American thank you!
