Who really wants issues with the AC in August ?? Gosh I had the dreadful leak at the AC and it was set on 71 but the temp was 76 and it stayed there for a few hours I knew it was not good so I called Alexander and they were on the way in 1 hour as always Love these guys
The tech was here 2 1/2 hours after calling the business. He was very knowledgeable and had our AC working in less than an hour. We will use them again should the need arise. They were recommended by our son, and we will definitely pay it forward and recommend them to others.
My AC unit went out during the middle of the night. I was unaware until morning. I have multiple health issues, I have extreme inability to tolerate the heat. I called Alexander Air Conditioning (They installed the unit in 2018 within A month of hurricane Michael) I left a message on their on-call line as it was before normal business hours. Jasmine called me within 45 minutes. Told me I would have a check between 8 AM and 12 PM. Unexpectedly, 20 minutes later, Treven, the AC tech was on the way to my house..
