In a world that seems to have forgotten what customer service is, the entire sales team made my experience an awesome one!!! Alice returned my inquiry about a specific vehicle immediately, Brad gave me numbers worthy of a visit from out of state, and Ty and Mark in finance took care of the purchase paperwork. Getting my truck serviced was quick and easy. The service advisor was very friendly and helpful. I waited during the service and was able to be very productive in the waiting area which was very “business friendly” for me to get some work done while I waited. The service was done quickly and they followed up after the service to ensure I was satisfied. It was a very good experience
