Great experience, proffesional crew ,very respectful and organized. Worked in the rain to get us up and running. If you are looking for service or a new system do yourself a favor and contact this company. Got a whole new system installed.
My house was 86 degrees with a newborn baby, I was completely panicking. I called Alexander Air and the service department was able to fit me in within the hour. Rusty was our technician and he was quick, knowledgeable, and personable, I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you for keeping my family cool in this summer heat!
Trevon was so kind, courteous and quick to diagnose the problem with my A/C! It was 85 degrees in my house when I brought my mother home from hospital and I had to get an emergency visit. He was here in about an hour on a Saturday afternoon and fixed my problem right away!!! Love this guy!!!
