Access Point Healthcare: Urgent Care

Went early morning and not much of a wait. Everyone was very nice.

Kind, helpful, professional staff that always successfully attends to my medical needs.  They keep you in the loop, communicate every step and put you at ease with their impeccable bedside manners, attention to detail and working knowledge of the health care system.
I’m always impressed and satisfied with the quality of care and outcome when I chose this clinic.
I recommend them to all of my friends, family and co-workers.

Staff were very pleasant. The doctor was very nice polite explain things she was very pleasant as well.
Love the wait time was very little I was in and out within an hour.
I will definitely be going back if I need to overall experience was very good. I would give him a five star.

The staff at the Panama City location are top notch. They are patient and kind even with a sick toddler trying to touch everything.

I had a fainting spell in a local store in PC as I’m from Marianna and I’ve been sick for over 6 weeks so I came here and was seen by Jason, he was very thorough and was able to help me with all my concerns. All the staff, nurses and Jason were excellent and I will definitely return. I would recommend this provider for sure.

Waited about 15 minutes, check in was a breeze and efficient, the staff and doctor were very personable and kind, diagnosed the issue and began treating right away.

If I could give no stars I would. I’ve been to this urgent care three times in the past two months due to my family and I constantly getting sick (toddler in daycare). The first two times, I was seen by Kayla Sims and she was great. From being attentive, fast to finding effective ways to help us feel better. Today, I was told that I’d be seen by Caroline Richmond. After about sitting for 30 minutes in the waiting area, I was called back with a nurse (I presume) who then took my vitals. As she walked out, she stated that “Caroline will be with me shortly.” After about 50 minutes of not hearing anything nor being seen by anyone, I went into the hallway to see if there was someone that could at least give me a time estimate as I had to somewhere else to be. There was a nurse sitting with her airpods who I asked “Would you happen to know how much longer?” She replied “Let me check. You can go back into your room in the meantime.” I do exactly that. About 7 minutes later she comes into my room stating that she doesn’t know how much longer it would be and she also cannot find Caroline. At this point I’m like okay and left because, as I stated before, I had to go. The nurse replied with “Okay”. I felt like I was a bother or something. Not to mention, that I also heard two other patients being seen in the rooms next to me. One of the guys came in shortly after me and he left before me! I just felt like she took her time with seeing me. I know there were other patients, but still. Terrible experience.

Service was good. Had to wait 30 min. Once the nurse /doctor got back there I was diagnosed fast with a tooth infection . Chose to have an antibiotic shot to start and then pills to continue with. The staff was nice .
