“I had serious challenges with lost titles for two vehicles that I wanted to switch the states they were titled in... complicated and difficult. I was so lucky! My number was called went to the counter and Kelly was beyond extremely helpful. I mean unbelievable, first she simplified my disaster for me, wrote me a "to do" list so I could keep it straight and I didn't forget anything...who does that? She was actually working hard to find a way to make it all work out to minimize my trouble! Above and beyond is an understatement here. Really, when have you ever gone to a DMV where this happens? This was not a one off experience either, I came back the same day and went to the counter where Sierra helped me complete the process. Incredible knowledge of the process and so nice and helpful. Exceeds Expectations just seems so inadequate here, but this government office staffing, and training is absolutely incredible. Thank you for everything!!!“
