Been in here a couple of times now, since moving to PCB 1.5yrs ago. Every staff member I’ve met, has been so pleasant & helpful - exact opposite of what you’re used to at the DMV lol.
The lady at the front desk, acknowledges you right away (with a lovely smile) & is quick to help you. Everyone else has been welcoming, pleasant to chat/work with, quick & informative.
