The 2nd star is because of ample parking. In addition to extremely limited seating for patrons, as I emptied one of my washing machines I found what appeared to be a piece of a steel wool ball in the wash. When I looked around, I found another on the floor. Shame on me; I had noticed that it looked like it had been awhile since the machines were cleaned but after hauling 8 loads of laundry into the building - - I didn't leave.

Avoid! Destroyed a 10,000 dollar boat floor cover. Not only that, the lady at the counter couldn’t have been any more rude about it.

To the lady behind the counter today, I’m really sorry I interrupted your lunch, there was no reason to overcharge me though. 3 days for you to wash one item? Come on. Do better. Be nice to people, or at least fair.
