Fabulous staff. I was called in due to another’s cancellation, and things went flawlessly. I have a history of “dental office anxiety”, but I was put at ease and treated with cautious consideration. These folks ROCK!!
Upon arrival I was greeted by the receptionist and was promptly taken in at my appointment time of 8:10 this morning. The waiting area is friendly, with complimentary waters and very cute koozies. I was warmly greeted by Sara(h) who took my X-rays and asked if I had any spots that were bothering me and had X-Rays ready for the dentist to look over speeding the process. I can’t remember my dentists name (so sorry), but he was friendly and gave me tips on helping areas that felt concerning and gave me suggestions and took time to see if I had follow up questions. Parkway Dental was amazing! 🤩 they were very nice and helpful. They have a very caring staff! We were not regular patients but they treated us like we were a regular patient! We were very pleased with their care and kindness.
