Fabulous staff. I was called in due to another’s cancellation, and things went flawlessly. I have a history of “dental office anxiety”, but I was put at ease and treated with cautious consideration. These folks ROCK!!

Upon arrival I was greeted by the receptionist and was promptly taken in at my appointment time of 8:10 this morning. The waiting area is friendly, with complimentary waters and very cute koozies. I was warmly greeted by Sara(h) who took my X-rays and asked if I had any spots that were bothering me and had X-Rays ready for the dentist to look over speeding the process. I can’t remember my dentists name (so sorry), but he was friendly and gave me tips on helping areas that felt concerning and gave me suggestions and took time to see if I had follow up questions. Within a minute I was then taken to my hygienist Lexie (once again guessing with name spelling). She was professional, thorough and very compassionate, a great additional to their team. Typically dentist appointments or dr appointments in general can be daunting/overwhelming. Parkway Dental is quite the opposite. They provide quick accurate appointments and a team that cares from the beginning to the end of your appointment.

Staff is always cheerful and friendly. Diedra ( not sure of spelling) has cleaned teeth for years. Love her.

Parkway Dental was amazing! 🤩 they were very nice and helpful. They have a very caring staff! We were not regular patients but they treated us like we were a regular patient! We were very pleased with their care and kindness.

Parkway Dental always goes above and beyond my expectations. I have had unexpected issues pop up on multiple occasions and they always seem to figure out how to work me in the same day. I am 8yrs in now with zero complaints. BTW, not that I’ve noticed, but his staff is very easy on the eyes 😁
