Not great so far. Highly recommended so we had them do a brand new install on our condo in April. So far it has not worked. They’ve come out four times so far, put in refrigerant because apparently the install was not done correctly and busted a pipe. This has been a recurring nightmare for our guests in the middle of summer. It’s costing me money as guests complain and I keep sending them back out there again and again.
No idea if they are stretched too thin or what but Chris and his crew don’t seem to be able to fix their brand new install. I’ll update this if we ever get anywhere but as of now… I would NOT recommend this company. The communication hasn’t been great, as the customer I have to follow up event after their scheduled visits to see if they finished and what the result is. So now I’m waiting again for the 5th attempt of this company to fix their own brand new installation. As we all know hvac isn’t cheap, but worse is our guests having to deal with this.
I’ve heard great things so I am hoping the team Makes this right.

Kris the owner is awesome! His whole crew of works are wonderful. I had an issue with my unit and gave him a call. He had someone out within the hour. They got me fixed up and back to running. Very reasonable priced! Highly recommend!
