I called to ask about the after-hours fee for a leak, and the person who returned my call was not friendly and seemed put off by the question. I was able to contact another reputable company who was happy to help, and my issue is being taken care of tomorrow. It’s disappointing, especially since I’m in a relationship-based business and am always looking to build a solid vendor list for my clients. Unfortunately, this company won’t be one I recommend. At a minimum, being friendly and helpful goes a long way.

Call and ask them to come out and fix the cutoff valve to my toilet that had been leaking. They came and within 45-1 hr. Also fix the set screw to my toilet bowl

I called this company after I had a leak detection company identify the location of my leak they were to repair the leak only they sent a pair out to look at the leak i pointed it out to them and they sent a quote that was approved and the job was scheduled On the day the repair was supposed to happen someone else showed up representing there company who did not have any notes or information about my repair he sent a new quote that was much lower then the original after contacting the office they decided to bill for the much higher quote stating they were billing for the leak detection (they did not detect any leak, it was pointed out to them)
Obviously a cash grab
I do not recommend this company I would give a lower rating but the repair is holding

Did a great job fixing a leak. Win was really helpful in letting me know what needed to be done to correct some other issues also . We will definitely use again

Came out same day u called and gave a fair quote. Came back next day with the parts and fixed the problem quickly. They were always on time which I really appreciate.
