I had a challenging situation with one water heater going out and my second water heater having some other issues. Adding to the mix, the previous owner did not hire a great contractor, and some of that work was questionable. However, John came to the rescue and replaced my failed water heater, and cleaned up the issues. It wasn’t an easy job, but John stayed until everything was right and I was satisfied.
