I want to acknowledge customer service above and beyond by Ericka Murrell in the vision center. My issue was not big but she saw that I needed help with a pair of my own sunglasses. She suggested I bring in the sunglasses and she would help me with the minor repair. So I did that today. She remembered me and was so willing to fix my glasses. She could have said I should just buy a new pair and try to sell me new ones. Instead she eagerly fixed my glasses. This is the kind of worker who should be recognized for excellent customer service. She was delightful too. Thank you Erika. Keep up the good work, it is seen and appreciated.

I lost my receipt to be able to follow my transaction and reactions. I chose to replace my RayBan wayfarers lens- one was shattered. During the removal of lens the glasses were stretched and glasses falling off my face. Michael listened to the problem and went to work immediately. He wrestled w the glasses and returned them back to me - with no more slippage. Michael’s care and great customer service was so refreshing. Thank you Michael and hope to see you soon.

I was so tired of glasses so I decided to try contacts. I went to Dr. Garcia and what a great blessing she is!! Very gentle and explained everything in detail. I truly couldn't be happier with my new contacts. Both Dr. Garcia and her entire staff are wonderful, we are really blessed to have them in Palmetto.
