This company is outstanding. Wonderful office staff who helped us in an emergency. The technician, Patrick and his helper Michael, were on time and professional. It’s great to have a plumber we can trust. This was not the first time we’ve needed them in the past few years. Great people.

The pipe between my house plumbing and the sewer clogged, rendering all toilets useless. I called LT Plumbing and was initially told that nobody would be available until after 6, so I would have to pay overtime rates. I agreed, because I needed my plumbing to work, but I was quickly called back and told that a technician had become available and was on his way to me. Very responsive, no messing around or trying to up-sell me on services I didn't need. Fixed the issue quickly, professionally, and I was able to get on with my day. We called LT Plumbing about installing tow new toilets. They were professional, helpful and true to their word. Their technician, David, arrived, very efficiently, non-intrusively, and completed the job beautifully and on time. David was very efficient and professional. We'd have him back in heartbeat if we had need. The quote they gave me over the phone was the the bill we paid. No surprise increase.
