My only complaint was the referral process. Previously I was always given the referral with a doctor or location to proceed with follow-up. This time I was only given a paperwork with what exams I needed and told to search for the facility myself. This caught me by surprised. My insurance remained the same so I do not know if this is their new process.“

“We have been with this pediatric practice since my twins were born in 2023, and I cannot recommend their services enough. They are always available to receive my calls with any doubts or concerns, guiding me on what to do and how to follow up, even advising when it’s necessary to go to the emergency room outside of working hours.

Even without an appointment, if there is an emergency, they always find a way to receive us whenever there is a space between scheduled patients. All of the doctors are incredibly human, caring, and dedicated. We truly love them all, especially Dr. Torres and Dr. Kimsey.
