I can’t say enough wonderful things about this pediatric office! The office is clean, organized, and efficient making visits stress-free. From the moment we walked in, the front office staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly caring. The doctor took her time to listen, answer questions thoroughly, made both myself and Son feel comfortable and valued.
A very special recognition goes to the medical assistant Chana, whose kindness and professionalism truly stood out. She was patient and showed compassion when taking my child’s vitals. Always a very pleasant experience. No one wants to have their child ill but am glad to have such attentive care. Facility immaculate, friendly personnel.
My only complaint was the referral process. Previously I was always given the referral with a doctor or location to proceed with follow-up. This time I was only given a paperwork with what exams I needed and told to search for the facility myself. This caught me by surprised. My insurance remained the same so I do not know if this is their new process.
After moving from France a year ago we started looking for a pediatric doctor for our 6 year old. Our first experience was terrible where the doctor was looking for illnesses and kept sending us to do bloodwork on our 6 year old. Mind you she’s a perfectly healthy child and the doctor was not the doctor who they advised on their website.
To make that horrible experience short. My husband told that practice off and we started looking for another doctor keeping our fingers crossed that it’s the doctor that is advised.
