Nick was great. He helped me out with a salt chlorinator that I purchased at another store that wasn't working. He reached to Hayward to have it covered under warranty. I really appreciate his help and honesty.

Highly recommend Malibu. Had them install a Hayward pool heater/chiller. We were having a hard time getting quotes or responses back from other companies. Those that responded wanted to upsell us on more and larger equipment than we really needed. I decided to go personally visit pool Companies and went to the store and spoke to Ivan. He was super informative and helped point us in the right direction. Within one week everything was installed and working. Nick stayed in contact during the entire delivery and install process. Everything looks good and chiller is helping keep the temps down in our pool. The Hayward unit is easy to operate and was reasonably priced.... read full review
