Ms. Kennedy‘s knowledge of ballet, artistry, passion for dance, and teaching is absolutely first class. She is extremely quality conscious, and has the communication skills to bring out potential talent and turn it into artistic expression. As a parent another benefit I see is that the structured discipline leads to better study habits, perseverance, and the feeling of actual accomplishment, that social media could never touch.
The best adult dance classes I have ever taken! We are challenged so it’s a great workout but we also have so much fun. I’ve met tons of new people and love being a part of the Ballet & Beyond family.
Karen balances high teaching standards with a warm, nurturing approach. My daughter developed and learned so much - the training truly prepared her for bigger challenges; she was encouraged and pushed to be her best. Karen develops lasting impressions and relationships with her students - she also fosters an environment where the girls truly become friends and connect through their love of dance.
