“Today I was referred to this clinic/emergency hospital and it was the best decision i could have done. My dog had been vomiting since last night and couldn't hold anything down. They immediately took us in and thoroughly examined my fur baby. Xrays confirmed he hadn't eaten anything he wasn't suppose to, lol. Prices are very fair, specially for an emergency visit. I highly recommend and will continue taking my babies to Dr. Alvarez for continue care an check ups . The staff was attentive and great, the front desk secretary was even concerned that I felt bad because she walked in and asked if I wanted some water because I looked like I was going to faint and I was just so worried that my baby had ingested something dangerous. Very caring staff and doctor. Again, I highly recommend.“

“I am beyond happy with my experience here!!! My girl has a vet that I'm happy with, but she needed a complicated surgery that her vet had never performed. I called Quail Roost, and they informed me that the vet does perform it but had to evaluate her first. They are SO great!!! Everyone is so nice! Dr. Guerrero is amaaaziiing! He took me to the back the first day, showed me her X-rays, and explained the procedure. I called to schedule the surgery, and they fit me in right away. They said I could call during the day to check on her, and they called me as soon as she was out of surgery to let me know she was ok. When I went to pick her up, both the staff and the vet explained the meds and gave me instructions. Dr. Guerrero took me to the back to show me new X-rays and go into detail about why her surgery was complicated. I was freaking out, but he sounded so confident that I felt reassured that she was in good hands. Dr. Guerrero is very knowledgeable and empathetic. Afterwards, he carried my fat girl to the car and placed her down gently. He performed a tail amputation and a spay, and I'm very satisfied with the results. I highly recommend them for any of your pet's medical needs. Tesha thanks you all for the attention and care received!“

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND.I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. A stray that I feed was was so sick. After calling 12+ vets, that were charging $230+ for 1 xray, and flat fee of $120-140 just to walk in, TLC clinic were kind enough to take me on a Saturday before closing. I raced 40+min into town and was greeted with smiles and attention. Needless to say Frosty is back home(indoors for now) and feeling like a new cat. They are so caring and very reasonable. They give you your best options and the best advice and don't push you to do anything you don't want or can't afford. On the contrary, they will work with you to assure you and your pet is happy.
