I want to start my saying Mr. Amir, the owner is a wonderful man and a fantastic businessman. I called for them to come out and there was an error by way of one of his employees. Once Mr. Amir found out, he reached out to me right away to apologize and let me know that it was a new employee and not how he runs his business. He was beyond kind and made everything right. Diego came and fixed the lock for us. He was nice and knew what he was doing. TRUST ME, if you need a kind and honest locksmith for any reason call VIP. He certainly made me feel like a VIP.
VIP Locksmith Services has hundreds of five star reviews for a reason. I called them yesterday to change the locks on a commercial space in a shopping center. I initially called him for a quote, and he gave me a very realistic ballpark figure. I then called several other locksmiths for quotes, and they were all relatively the same, but none of them was as transparent and forthcoming as VIP. He successfully replaced all of my locks this morning and was a super professional and a great guy. I will definitely use them again. This is what quality customer service and integrity is all about!
