U.S. Pools just finished our dream pool and we couldn’t be happier. We have started researching pool companies at the beginning of last year (2021) and Steve, the owner, was one of the few people who actually returned our phone call right away and was available for an estimate the same week. We have talked to a few other pool companies, but kept coming back to Steve. He was little bit more expensive than others, but it was because he didn’t cut any corners and honestly, you get what you pay for. He works only with the best suppliers and uses the best material and equipment. He was also willing to work with our financing company (Lyon financial) and he wanted only small amount as a deposit to start pulling the permit. In addition, he was always available to answer any of our questions (and we had a lot of them) and went out of his way to show us some of the pools he has been working on. It took about 2 months to finally get our permit approved (not his fault - he told us it is gonna take a while), but we were in no hurry. Once his crew started digging, everything went really fast and we saw a great progress every day!!!! Steve was on the job site often to make sure everything was done correctly. He worked with us with any changes & corrections and made sure we were happy. He was also very patient because sometimes we couldn’t decide what color/finish we want (if you are married, you understand lol). But we all came to an agreement eventually and we couldn’t be happier with the results. All of his workers were great - from digging and framing the steel, to the the crew shooting our gunite, to the plumbers and electricians. I was most impressed with his paving crew - we have picked natural stone (white marble) - not the easiest to work with, but I have never seen anybody to lay down pavers so quick and perfect. PebbleTec company was great as well - very quick and professional. I am sure it took U.S. Pools a while to find reliable and hard working people - that’s why we appreciate them and recommend them so much. I also have to say a special Thank you to Amber who was dealing with all the logistics behind the scenes, as well as Marty, Steve’s partner, who has been coming to make sure our salt and chemical levels are on point. Building a pool is a big investment (it definitely was for us); however, it’s one of those that you don’t want to cut any corners and you want to hire a company that knows what it is doing and has the experience of building 100’s of pools to prove it with. When we started this project, I was still pregnant.. now we have a 5 month old baby boy and I can’t wait to teach him how to swim. We have been dreaming about having a pool for a long time and Steve and his compay made that dream to come true.
Hello! We chose to work with Amber and Steve to design and build our pool. This was such a huge deal for our family and I was nervous!! I will tell you working with them really made the process fun, no stress, just excitement! They checked on the progress on the daily and answered all our questions along the way...,even our 10 year olds-which she had a lot of! It turned out soooo beautiful and we are in it everyday since March. Marty was awesome getting us set up on the water/ chemical side. We are just so grateful. I recommend them 100%. Go get you a pool!!
