Matt was extremely thorough and explained everything plainly. Although the estimate to repair is considerably higher than I had hoped, Matt wasn't trying to sell me anything. He walked me through everything, answered all my questions, and I chose what to repair. I've known our house needs a lot of upgrades since we bought it, so I can't complain. I appreciate Matt showing me all the things I need to fix and giving me options.
