I have been coming here for quite some time. Did not expect this. I noticed Mai was cutting my big toe at an angle. This caused me to have an ingrown toenail. I brought this to her attention. She did nothing about it. I ended up the following day with an infection. After my manicure she told me to go wash my hands in the hand washing sink. It had dirty instruments in it. When I brought this to her attention she just told me to go ahead and wash my hands over those dirty instruments. I will not be back.

I have been going to Nail Studio for several years. It is a small family owned business in Palm Harbor. The salon is clean and tidy. They never overbook appointments and there are always just a few people in the salon at a time. I never feel rushed. The services are reasonably priced and they just recently made a small increase after many years and is still less expensive than other salons in the area, not sacrificing the quality.The owners are professional and courteous. If you want to receive services you'll need to book ahead. You'll be glad you did.

Koi was very rude. I’ve been with them for years. I had an appointment at 4 and I went at 4:15. He refused to do my nails. He continued to be disrespectful. He doesn’t have good customer service and his nails are very sloppy.Service: Acrylic nails
