Massey is fabulous! Their customer service is stellar; they truly go above and beyond.We retained them for both lawn and pest services. With the previous lawn service firm we had for over a year, we still had this viney-type weed in the lawn. Within two treatments with Massey, it was eliminated! Came home and found droppings from some type of animal...Called Massey because it's honestly the last thing you want to see/ come home to after a 12hr shift. The receptionist is always so kind and was able to get Frank the service manager over within 3 hrs! He educated me after setting the traps around the garage so i knew where they were. Frank also saw me using the tape measure and ran over to help me accurately measure opening under door to ensure I get the right size door sweep. The customer service is out of this world. Update 12/18/23. Now a full year and such quality! The service technicians are well versed in all types of lawn. I have Zoysia in one area and St Augustine in another. The techs know exactly what each grass needs. If you have a question you get an immediate answer. Today they aerated the lawn as part of the yearly service which has been awesome! Looking forward to 2024. Tyler and James and everyone at Massey are so professional! I am very picky and highly recommend Massey!!!
