Once we were added to the schedule, i got a text from the locksmith with his GPS coordinates letting me know he was in route. I was also able to communicate what door we needed a key for. We have 10+ doors so this is a very important detail. I was able to take a picture of the building, circle the door, and send it via a normal text to the locksmith. Very convenient.
