Around 2 years ago I bought a pool robot from a different store. The robot has bust twice since then, and this Leslie's store has fixed it both times under warranty, no questions asked. They were timely, friendly, and did a great job. Thank you!

I had been brushing the walls of my pool for months with no luck in combatting the algae.Every employee said brush and use phosfree. Totally disgusted, I went in the other day and the tech said, " Have you tried an algaecide"? Seriously, not one employee had ever suggested I try that. Well hallelujah, no more algae. The employee that was so helpful is now my hero. My pool hasn't looked this good in a year! Her name is Suzy and she works in the Palm Harbor, Fl store. From here on out she is the one I will go to to troubleshoot any future problems with my pool. Thanks so much Suzy♥

Staff here is always helpful. Expertise will increase depending on who is there that day. Lots of chemicals, and they will help with any pool maintenance and would be happy to sell you a new pump or filter.
