I came across this office years ago when my now 15 year old was about 3 or so. I remember bringing him there and specifically told me that nobody came to see him and he sat in the chair watching tv and didn’t even BRUSH his teeth. Wild. I didn’t know until he told me later that night and immediately switched him to an older dentist office that wasn’t as aesthetically pleasing but they allowed us to at least VIEW our children in the back being taken care of. I remember this office was very very dead set on not allowing parents in the back.

If you are thinking about bringing your child in, DON'T! Both my daughters have been patients of Dr. Blankenship for years. I brought my youngest in to have two teeth extracted. In the process they broke a perfectly good adult tooth. I wasn't told about it and we were rushed out of the office once she was done. My daughter pointed it out to me in the car on the way home. We dont live close so by the time we got home, they were closed. I called the following day to explain this and talk to an office manager. No one would talk to me and my daughter was given an appointment to come in and have it checked out. They were extremely dismissive and denied breaking her tooth. Now my daughter never wants to step foot in a dental office due to the trauma this person caused her, since this office dentist rather cover their own butt than have empathy towards a child! Shame on all of you for playing into her un-professionalism! My daughter was in just a few days before her extractions for a cleaning. The xrays do not show a broken tooth. And then she left with a broken tooth the day of her extractions. No apologies, no call back to even hear my concerns, Nothing! They rushed us out as she was crying. That didnt seem right since they always have you check out at the end of the appointment. All Dr. Blankenship and her employees care about is money. I'm still waiting to hear from the office manager who seems not to care about the betterment of children either. As someone who works in health administration, I believe this situation could have been handled in a more professional manner to say the least. Again, this office traumatized my daughter. If you love you child, take them elsewhere!

This has been our kids dentist for years and I cannot say enough good things about them. You never wait long when you have an appointment and they've always scheduled emergency visits quickly when something comes up.

I called to schedule an appointment for my 15-month-old daughter and was told they would take her to the back for her exam and cleaning, and that I would meet the dentist afterward. I explained that I was not comfortable with my toddler being separated from me and asked if I could accompany her. I was told I could call back when I felt comfortable leaving her.
This did not sit well with me. As a parent, I believe it’s important to be present during medical and dental visits, especially when children are very young and unable to communicate for themselves. Do not recommend.

went here when I was younger and they didn’t numb me and lied to my mom and I would wake up being held down by multiple adults and I remember a blonde and a dark skinned chubby older women who would mess up and redo the crown over and over again popping it in and out. caused trauma.

Honestly, my kids have never had a better dental experience! I’m not sure where all these bad reviews are coming from but my 3 kids LOVE going to the dentist and seeing Dr.Blankenship.
I also love that I don’t have to sit back there with them 🤷🏼♀️ they take great care of the kids. Don’t let this bad reviews from people who sound like they were problematic scare you away from Dr.Blakenship. She’s so kind! We’re going in tomorrow for cleanings

I just had my last appointment here at 19 after reaching the age limit. I’ve been coming here since 2009, when I was only three years old. The dental assistants are always so kind, and Dr. Blankenship is truly one of the nicest people. I’ll definitely be bringing my future kids here, and I recommend this office to any parent looking for a great place for their children’s dental care. Truly love it here and enjoyed my time. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

One thing do not go there,Blankenship is money hungry she finds some kind of excuse to get money out of you. She knows how to manipulate and get you in the corner and scare you because it’s your kid. I took my kids for routine check ups and for cleaning, they both were done like in 10 minutes and we got in the car. I asked my little girl she said dad she didn’t do anything no cleaning they were out in 10 minutes my older one so dad they didn’t even do mine so down halfway the road I called I was a Klosterman Road already at 4 o’clock in the afternoon they said oh we’re sorry we forgot about my older daughter I made a U-turn and Klosterman Road know this time she was in there three minutes I timed it and these people in the office that work there they do not know what they’re doing like I said this place is just money money money hungry and you’re taking your kid there for trust don’t do it oh and the bill you get You’ll see
