Got in fairly quickly (slow day).Male nurse was a bit cocky about my veins and where he wanted to put the needle versus the veins I told him to use. He failed and ended up sticking me several times. WTH?Then he went off to chat and flirt with the nurses who all sat right outside my room at the station chatting loudly about gossip and nothing at all.Finally an Asian doctor came and talked to me about my long Covid lungs.

On Sunday morning I made appointment for the same day at 9:30 AM. I was called in at 9:25. Jessica Herrington was great. Both ears were clogged with hard wax. Jessica was very patient in getting the wax out, and then prescribed antibiotics. Her bedside manner was great. She was very professional, and I would not hesitate to go back to Jessica.

I really like Danielle the Nurse Practitioner. If she was always there I would give this place 5 stars. However, Nurse Practitioner (name begins with J) has no bedside manner and was downright rude to us the other day. She first violated HIPPA by asking me, out in the open store, when my daughters symptoms started. There were other people sitting there, she did not identify herself nor did she confirm our names. Next, she argued with me before taking us back about why we were there. I explained to her our situation and she finally relevantly complied with what we were there for.
