My partner and I established care at this location because we wanted Dr. D as our PCP. She was wonderful, caring, and didn’t make either of us feel rushed during our first appt with her in December, but man, the office is terrible. I don’t know what the disconnect is but when you call them, you end up just hearing chatter in the background. So you have to call a few times to actually get someone on the phone. I had to call 3 times to get my inhaler prescription filled after asking for it at my appt. And to clarify that was 3 times actually speaking to someone. My partner also needed a mammogram done. Dr Ramlogan and his staff were great. He removed my Gallbladder in emergency surgery and him and his staff walked me through everything from beginning to end. Would highly recommend. If I could give more then Five stars I would. Friendly, helpful, just above and beyond
