He sends an email telling customers what he has done and what to do about watering the lawn. They are easy to work with and always call the day before to give a time. Customers praise the company's on-time service and effectiveness. Great job and reasonably priced! He had lawns looking so much better within 2 treatments. Wish customers had called sooner! He is very knowledgeable. Pricing is very reasonable too!
