We have been using Royal Palms for about 4 years now, and have been completely satisfied with their great service and price. If there are any bugs found in between services, they quickly come back to the house and take care of the problem with no additional charges. The Royal Palms service tech who did our quarterly treatment today for the second time is Dan, who again did an outstanding job! He asked the usual questions like did we have pets- but also did we have any herbs or vegetables growing outside, plus checked on results for a previous mid-cycle treatment for wasps building nests in a soffit vent. He thoroughly treated the property including a new wooden fence and surrounding area, the sea wall, the walkways, the perimeter of house and all the high areas as well as low areas.
