We were given various traditional Ayurvedic remedies to treat our physical symptoms, including poor digestion. She also provided us with a specific yoga regime to help us physically & spiritually. I just had the most magical experience receiving Shirodhara treatment with Sowmya and Jessie at Vande Wellness center in Palm Coast ??✨

We started with an amazing lymphatic face massage that got me completely relaxed, then neck and shoulders (I had a lot of tension in my deltoids too and all got released) then we started the Shirodhara treatment, they played my favorite mantra (Asatoma sathyamaya) for me to really quite the mind and focus on my intenssion to receive the benefits of this millennial Ayurveda application!

Dr. Vijay Jain and Dr. Sarah Joseph along with their staff Kelly, Jill, Rosyln, Z, and Carrie make an amazing team. They work together to bring a holistic healing experience. I would highly recommend their panchakarma to everyone. They are all so kind, and it is really a life changing experience.
