The absolute best fitness trainers in Palm Coast! CJ and his team are encouraging, supportive and experienced. I really appreciate the one on one fitness training in a super clean facility. The group classes are awesome too!
LOVE Christy's Mixxedfit classes!!! She's the bomb!!! Super fun way to get your work out in & make some awesome friends too. The studio is always super clean and we have a blast! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I signed up for just the classes, and I enjoy them. It's a relief that I can take my time using my passes as there is no expiration date. I really like the variety of classes offered and that the studio is not too big. The instructors are able to pay attention to your form and assist . The staff is pretty awesome!
