Got my sweet boy right in when I called in a panic after he got bit by another dog while on a walk today. Everywhere else was telling us no and turning us away. I was literally hysterical and was greeted by the most friendly and kind person on the phone that got him all set up to be seen. We had our first visit today. We were an urgent visit as our boy (Duke) is having some complications. Dr. Nick and his amazing staff was able to work us in. They are very compassionate about what they do. Every check in was greeted with a smile and they took the time to know what dog was there. When we went to our room Duke got a fluffy blanket. Exams were done on the floor so he wasn’t stressed.
