I can’t say enough good things about Seabreeze heating and air. I’ve known Michael for a long time and there’s not a company out there that I would trust more than his for all of my AC needs.
Michael and Patrick saved our family from being completely taken advantage of by a larger company over here in Orlando. I called Mike last minute and Patrick was able to drive all the way out to our home on a Saturday to help us. Seabreeze saved us nearly $15,000 by simply diagnosing the repair and fixing it immediately. Thank you to our HVAC tech, Mike, w/ Sea Breeze Heating & Air Conditioning. We got in from being out out of town only to find our fan blowing w/ NO a/c for the 4th of July weekend. Needless to say the house temp was 90 degrees and wife, kids, & dog were all not happy. Mike responded w/in a few hours, diagnosed the problem, and repairs were completed w/ in about 1 1/2 hours w/ a Veteran’s discount. By bed time, temp in the house was down to 75 degrees. I hired Mike and his team to install a complete new HVAC system for our existing home, as well as the new 1,200 sq. ft. two-story addition we recently built. From start to finish, they were professional, honest, and always on time. The quality of their work is outstanding, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free.
