This business is as good as gold. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and competent computer repair business, you need not look any further.
My laptop died because the motherboard had failed. They were able to fix it in a reasonable amount of time. The business closes at 4:30, but the owner (George) stayed past that time to get the problem resolved. Not many businesses are that committed to the task and customer focused.
I had two family members that also had their computers fixed there, and they had only good things to say about it.
George presents as friendly and really exudes competence and knowledge.
George went above and beyond to resolve my iPhone issue. He could have easily charged me more for his services, but stayed true to his word. Trustworthy, professional assistance can be hard to find, can not go wrong taking your business to Riano Group. 5-Stars!
Called up this establishment to get advice on an iPhone 8 swollen battery. The owner immediately took ownership and had familiarity with the problem. Came right down and he removed the battery and showed me the swollen defective battery which had popped the case open. A few minutes later he came out with the new battery installed and phone ready to go for $79. Excellent service would trust this shop with my IPhone or other Apple devices repair.
