Pine Lakes Animal Hospital used to be the best. Now they are running an unethical business. We went in for a nail trimming for our Frenchie and paid $46.00. Problem is, the nail trimming is only $27.50. We were charged $18.50 for a technical exam, that was NOT even performed. When I asked why this technical exam was on there when it was only a nail clipping, the individual behind the desk stated that they have been doing that for about 6 months now. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just need to say how satisfied I was with the service I got for my puppy, Maple.
Everyone was so nice and very helpful! Dr. Birth, was our Vet and she was so nice and gentle. And my pup is very shy with new people. They also helped me with a plan that I could afford and explained everything to me thoroughly.

We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved cats, Mimi and LG, after sixteen beautiful years together. It was one of the most heartbreaking experiences of our lives, and in the middle of all that pain, Tia—the vet tech—was a true light.
Tia showed us compassion in its purest form. She spoke to us gently, reassured us when we were overwhelmed, and treated Mimi and LG with a tenderness that felt like she had known them as long as we had. She kept us informed every step of the way, never rushing us, never making us feel alone in the moment. Her empathy and presence brought comfort we didn’t even know we needed.
We are also grateful to Dr. Rosiek for his calm professionalism and support, but it was Tia’s kindness that carried us through the hardest parts of that day.
Thank you, Tia, for giving Mimi and LG the dignity they deserved and for giving us compassion when our hearts were breaking. We will never forget what you did for our family.

I brought my new adoption (Sophia, Pitbull Terrier) in for our first check up and we were right at home. This is only the second time I've been here, the first time was July 10th when almost every animal clinic in Palm Coast would not see me and Ruby after she went down unexpectedly. Her regular clinic (Community animal clinic) turned us away but after trying to find help Pine Lakes was willing and waiting for us with a gurney and tried desperately to help Ruby, it was to late. Pine Lakes Animal Clinic is TOP NOTCH and THEY CARE!!! Thank you then and thank you now, Sophia loves you and so do I we'll be back.

My dog Sasha has been suffering from allergies for a long time. I saw Dr. Rosiek this weekend and my dog already feels better. He is awesome listened to my concerns with Sasha and how many failed attempts for clearing her up (Skin & ears) and making her feel better. And I am not alone a lot of dog owners go through this! All I can say is thank you so much Dr. Rosiek.

Dr. Rosiek was kind and caring for what we endured with our Freya. Dr. Rosiek spent a few hours with us providing detailed information about Freya's condition. Now we can have more enjoyable years with our Freya! Thank you, Dr. Rosiek and staff you are all wonderful and will be highly recommended.
