I live in palm coast , FL. Upon finding terminte i called Massey. My treatment was completed today, Luis Diaz provided an outstanding level of service from start to finish. He was extremely understanding, attentive, and professional throughout the entire process. From the moment he arrived, he took the time to clearly explain what he was going to do, which gave me confidence and peace of mind.
What really stood out was his transparency and knowledge—he didn’t just perform the treatment, he made sure I understood the purpose behind each step. He worked efficiently and carefully, showing great attention to detail.

Massey has done my termite inspections and control since my home was built and I plan to keep it that way. Peter the inspector is always friendly. The technician Luis Diaz is personable, informative and is always willing to answer all questions while doing his job thoroughly and professionally
