Rachel at Trigger Point Massage, LLC. has truly been life-changing for me. As a florist and business owner, my body has gone through years of physical strain, stress, overwork, emotional burnout, and trauma stored deeply within my body. Long hours on my feet, lifting heavy buckets, constant holidays, stress, lack of sleep, and nonstop work caused pain in so many areas of my body that I thought I would simply have to live with forever.

Rachel’s work goes far beyond a regular massage. Her trigger point therapy sessions helped release years of deep tension and trauma-related pain throughout my body. Most people do not understand how weekly massages helps keep you healthy and can promote faster healing for aging and injuries, when combined other contributors. I was told I could not get better, but only worse and the degeneration would eventually require surgery. This month I am being discharged from physical therapy at Mayo Clinic. Her style combines a firm touch with therapeutic maneuvers I do not fully understand, but I reap the benefits of less pain and more freedom that gets progressively better all the time.
