Having had a major computer issue I reached out for Fast Tek. Not only were they available; I received a pre-arrival call to let me know the tech was on the way. I was confident that I was in good hands once the tech arrived and started working. Unfortunately my mother board was fried and due to the cost of replacing the tech advised it would be not much less than purchasing a new computer. The honesty and thoroughness of the Fast Tek service was a welcome change! I wouldn't hesitate to use this service in the future!! DJones
