I attempted to get a haircut at this location. They gave me a lady who didn’t speak English well. I described what I wanted and she looked confused. I asked her to clarify what I wanted and she didn’t respond and begin to try and cut my hair. I had to remove the apron myself because she refused to. Scary experience to say the least.

First time in the place and I really liked the attention. The hairdresser Thary was FANTASTIC!!!???? she knew how to hair just like a photo I showed her Even though I arrived with short but long hair and super mismatched in just one "turn" she TRANSFORMED ME I felt super happy and happy! !! THANK YOU!!! , ????❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Biggest mistake of my life - impulsive walk in to this place. Asked for a simple long layers trim. When I got home and looked at my back I was in tears... don't make my mistake. Photo has been posted too - nightmare.Service: Haircut
