Eastern Flooring exceeded every expectation from the beginning. The company installed flooring throughout the entire home and tile on the lanai, and the finished result is stunning. The showroom offers an incredible selection of flooring and tile, making it easy to find exactly what was envisioned. Staff were knowledgeable, patient, and never pressured, taking time to answer every question, explain differences between products, and help choose materials that fit style and budget.
The installation team was exceptional; workmanship is second to none with incredible precision and attention to detail on every seam, transition, and cut. Floors flow beautifully from room to room, and lanai tile was installed perfectly, giving a high‑end finished look. Professionalism was evident as the crew arrived on time, communicated well throughout the project, treated the home with respect, and kept work areas clean each day. They were courteous, hardworking, and genuinely cared about delivering a flawless final product.
Quality materials and expert craftsmanship have transformed the home, earning compliments from family, friends, and neighbors. Eastern Flooring provides outstanding customer service, high‑quality products, and affordable rates. We are using Eastern Flooring for our entire home renovation (floors, countertops, cabinets, bathroom materials, and our garage flooring). They have been professional throughout the entire process and helped to make our dream home a reality. Their prices could not be beat by any competitors that we received a quote from. Their products are durable, high-quality and beautiful. We could not be happier with our experience so far. I will update with pics as soon as the renovation is complete. Thank you to everyone working there! You have been more than helpful, informative, and patient with us as we undergo a huge home transformation! We cannot wait to see the finished project!
