Technician Matt was amazing. He explained everything with pictures and was efficient in fixing the issue. We were able to get a annal plan to help prevent this from happening again. Highly recommend.

I want to thank Matt at Cook's Air Conditioning and Heating for the great job he did. I purchased the maintenance service agreement. Matt did our 1st real cleaning. When he took the outdoor unit apart, OMG! The dog hair, lint and crap that he vacuumed and hosed off was intense. Now that I know how bad it was. it's well worth Cooks' Air to come out twice a year to keep my A/C in good working order. Preventive maintenance is critical to reduce A/C downtime, especially in our hot weather. Thank you Matt and company for a job well done.
