“AK Certified just completed my roof replacement and from start to finish they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Rolando came out and did my estimate and I knew within minutes that this was the company for me. I’m a very inquisitive person and had many questions that he was able to answer for me with informative, knowledge based explanations. My project was multi phased included shingling the home, rolled roofing over my lanai roof and the boat lift roof as well. My project was delayed due to another contractor but AK was understanding and got me back on their schedule quickly once that issue was resolved. The job started at dawn and they worked diligently until after sunset when they continued cleaning up the areas around the project until it was spotless. Davian was the job foreman and was on top of the work from start to finish with non stop updates throughout the day. He provided pictures constantly explaining any issues they found and follow up photos once resolved. In the morning when the sun came up I was thrilled to have a beautiful new roof and clean property. The job wrapped up with a final visit from Rolando who finalized the paperwork and answered any questions I had regarding wind mitigation documentation and insurance. From start to finish Rolando, Davian and the entire crew were friendly, professional, and left me knowing I chose the right company for my roofing project. This company is highly professional with old school appeal, something not always easy to find these days!
