Service is very professional and friendly. We bought the unit from them 10 years ago and they have been doing maintenance on the AC central unit twice a year ever since.They have kept it in tip top shape which I am sure will extend the ;life of the unit a few more years.
We have numerous investment properties and long term renters that have always proved themselves as great tenants. So when the a/c needs to be repaired or replaced, our go to company is Arctic Breeze! Steve Ferguson with Arctic Breeze provided exceptional service. He spent over five hours in 100+ degree heat making multiple repairs to our air conditioning system and never once rushed the job. His knowledge, persistence, and genuine concern for making sure everything was working properly were evident throughout the entire process.
