AK Certified just completed my roof replacement and from start to finish they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Rolando came out and did my estimate and I knew within minutes that this was the company for me. I’m a very inquisitive person and had many questions that he was able to answer for me with informative, knowledge based explanations. My project was multi phased included shingling the home, rolled roofing over my lanai roof and the boat lift roof as well. My project was delayed due to another contractor but AK was understanding and got me back on their schedule quickly once that issue was resolved. Mike was great to work with. He was very patient over a whole years time it took of me going back and forth with committing to a new roof, but everytime I came back to him with interest in reroofing my home, he was always polite and responded back within 10 minutes usually. A whole year of this. He made the process feel like he was very interested in making sure I was comfortable with everything before we went ahead with the job. The whole crew did a great job, as far as everything looking like it's fitted and nailed properly. We haven't had any leaks since the reroofing. So all in all, I'd recommend Mike to anyone as the go to guy.
