Awesome! Sodner and Natalie are great to work with. Very fair and they do an excellent job! Sodner fixed (2) showers, installed a toilet, and replaced our outside spout.
Failed circuit breaker on water heater.
DAY 1: Late evening we heard a loud noise but could not determine what It was. DAY 2: Uneventful DAY 3: My husband couldn't complete his shower because the water turned cold at the end of shampooing his hair.
DAY 4: In the morning of the next day we called The Plumbing Company and spoke to Natalie, who told us she would have someone call us as soon as possible. A technician called and said he would be here between 9 and 10 am. He arrived at 9:15 and diagnosed the problem, but found that parts needed to be ordered, and he anticipated he would not be able to return until 4 pm. We had a very good experience with The Plumbing Company of TC. Leo, the tech was exceedingly polite and courteous. He identified our problem and worked diligently to resolve it as quickly as possible. He also brought a leaking valve to our attention and was able to fix it same day, as he had the parts on the truck. Price was higher than I expected, but we have not had plumbing work done in a long time, so maybe it is on par with others. Would recommend to all.
