Pet Boarding Training in Palm City

“We have a German shorthaired pointer (Louie Dash) . Louie stayed at “boarding school” (ACC) for 2 weeks when Louie was 6 months old . We wanted to instill good values and good habits at an early age . We knew recall was our number one priority (especially with this breed). Louie is now 15 months and his recall is phenomenal! He comes to us even when there is something way more interesting (ie: rabbits, squirrels, bunnies ). We do use the e collar. Riley trained Louie,my husband and I how and when to use it. I think it’s incredibly important and could absolutely save a dogs life . We sent Louie back at 12 months for a refresher course (and boarding). He came back walking much better on the leash . Louie would pull me but that drastically improved after Riley worked with him. Louie is still a puppy and still gets into his fair share of mischief but his ability to make good decisions and know right from wrong is definitely there . Louie knows what we expect and he delivers . Any new puppies we get in the future will 100% go to “boarding school” at Applied Canine concepts.“
